Representation

There are a number of scenarios where getting a professional planner to represent you can help protect your property.

One of the more obvious cases is where your neighbour or a developer has submitted a planning application which you fear will seriously affect your enjoyment of your home.

You might not like a proposal however the council will make their decision on the planning merits and whether it complies with the relevant policies.

We can rigorously assess the development proposal and where appropriate write an objection on your behalf, explaining to the planning officer any shortcomings with the application, or why it would have an unacceptable impact on you and/or the area in which you live.

We can also help with representations on planning appeals, where a planning application has been refused, but where you feel the Council has not fully understood your concerns.
